{Disarmed} Secrets of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra are leaked, with a rectangular module of four photographic sensors
There is less and less to see the Xiaomi 12 series crowned by that alleged Xiaomi 12 Ultra . The top-of-the-range was not presented, strategically, in an ideal setting where theXiaomi 12 , Xiaomi 12X and Xiaomi 12 Pro wore the type. The reason is obvious: the brand needs even more time to finish shaping the most ambitious mobile , the one that will serve to compete with the flagships in the middle of the year.
However, little by little new information appears. This time, what appears to be the final module on which the four camera sensors will be mounted is leaked. The module, by the way, would retain its characteristic black box shape on the main body of the smartphone.
This is the Xiaomi 12 Ultra camera
Through Weibo we get what seems to be the definitive camera scheme: 50 + 48 + 48 + 48MP . We explain ourselves: the main sensor would be nothing less than a 50MP Samsung GN5 lens, a sensor with a size of 1 / 1.57 ″ inches and pixels of 1 μm.
Right above we would have a 48MP two-magnification zoom lens, just below it would be the 48MP lens with 5x zoom capability and, finally, a 48MP sensor with 10x analog zoom to the right of the main sensor . That is, we would be facing a very powerful combination capable of capturing details at long distances. To these four sensors we must still add the infrared emitter and a two-temperature flash light sensor.
And, following confirmed rumors , the alliance with Leica seems more than confirmed: the German company specializing in high-precision instruments would provide support alongside the AI innovations developed in particular by Xiaomi . It seems that the completion of the partnership between Huawei and Leica will favor Xiaomi, becoming a new cooperation in the medium term.
