iPhone 13: Apple actually cut prices

As expected, Apple presented four new high-end smartphones with different sizes and features yesterday with the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. It was not noticed at all that Apple has significantly reduced the prices of at least two cell phones.

iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini are cheaper

Although Apple has technically upgraded the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini, the prices have been reduced. How can that be if the iPhone 13 mini continues to cost 799 euros and the iPhone 13 899 euros? Both smartphones do not have the 64 GB option . While the iPhone 12 mini with 64 GB of internal memory cost 799 euros and the iPhone 12 with 64 GB 899 euros, there is now more memory for the same price, namely 128 GB.

For comparison: the iPhone 12 with 128 GB cost 949 euros. The better iPhone 13 with 128 GB costs only 899 euros. The same applies to the iPhone 13 mini and the larger memory versions . If you wanted the iPhone 12 with 256 GB, you had to pay 1,069 euros to start. Now the iPhone 13 with 256 GB of internal storage costs only 1,019 euros.

A new version is with 512 GB of internal memory. Of course, this costs more. The iPhone 13 costs 1,249 euros. But here, too, the price is actually lower, since a potential iPhone 12 with 512 GB would have cost significantly more at the time if Apple had introduced it. Incidentally, the Pro models don't cost less . There is only a more expensive 1 TB model available there.
