Xiaomi tames the Snapdragon 888 by reducing the temperature of its mobiles by up to 5ºC
Among the main problems that the Snapdragon 888 has been presenting, we find its high temperature when performing heavy tasks . This in turn has affected the experience of using the Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Ultra , something that Xiaomi has successfully resolved with its latest MIUI beta.
And it seems that, as we can read from MyDrivers , Xiaomi has managed to tame the Snapdragon 888 . To do this, the firm has launched a new beta aimed at the MIUI Chinese ROM with which it is possible to considerably reduce the temperature of all its smartphones equipped with this processor.
Up to 5ºC less in terminals such as the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra
Apparently, the beta V12.21.6.14 has brought with it one of the most anticipated improvements by all those users who complained about the high temperatures reached by their terminals equipped with the Snapdragon 888.
Specifically, some users of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra have commented having experienced a drop of up to 5ºC in the temperature of their smartphones , thus allowing them to obtain a better user experience when it comes to taking out their full potential.
Of course, for the moment we are facing an update aimed at the China ROM and which is also in beta. It is therefore that hopefully, we will still have a few months to see its arrival at Global ROM.
