The Redmi smartwatch came with a 1.4-inch display

Along with the new Redmi Note 9 series that was recently released in China, the brand unveiled its first smartwatch called the Redmi Watch. This product is a rectangular smartwatch that comes with the usual set of fitness, heart rate and sleep tracking and has an extremely affordable price.

The Redmi watch features a 1.4-inch color display with a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels and 2.5D glass. You can choose from black, white and dark blue watches with matching silicone straps available in pink and green color options.

There are more than 120 watch faces for this watch that can be selected using the Mi Fit app. It also provides users with a standard set of sports modes to keep them active. The Redmi Watch pairs with other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 BLE and has NFC. This watch is waterproof at a maximum depth of 50 meters and weighs only 35 grams.

The battery life of this watch is 7 days with normal use and 12 days with energy saving mode on. This watch is charged through a dedicated stand and it takes 2 hours to fully charge.

The Redmi watch retails for 299 yuan ($ 45), although it is offered at a limited price of 269 yuan ($ 40). The product will go on sale in China on December 1, and details of its international release have not yet been revealed. The device may be called Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite, a name that appeared on the FCC list some time ago, outside of China.
