Samsung Electronics will soon start mass-producing chips made with the third-generation 4nm process node. The manufacturer has now announced this.

We may see the new 4nm process node in Google's Pixel 8 range, which is expected to rely on the Tensor G3 to be manufactured by Samsung for Google.

So far there have been rumors that the Tensor G3 would even use 3nm technology. But there doesn't seem to be anything to it when you read the message from Samsung Electronics.
