Xiaomi has added new smartphones to its EOS list. This is the end of support list and shows the models that will no longer receive a firmware update. Even with possible security gaps for the models in the EOS list, Xiaomi no longer gives an update guarantee.

Usually the company offers security updates for at least 2 years after the market launch. Sometimes longer. But at some point the support for each device will end. Now a few new ones have been added.

These are the latest models in the list of EOS devices and will therefore no longer receive updates:

  • Redmi K20
  • Redmi Note 7 Pro
  • Redmi Note 7S
  • Redmi Note 7
  • redmi 7
  • Redmi Y3
  • Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus
  • Xiaomi Mi Pad 4
  • Xiaomi Mi Play
  • Xiaomi Mi 9 SE
