The new update is currently being rolled out in Germany. The latest software update for the Galaxy S21 FE 5G comes with firmware version G990BXXU2CVF1, is 988.40 MB and includes the June 2022 security patch.

So if you own the Galaxy S21 FE 5G, you should have already received a notification about the new update. If not, you can check manually by going to Settings -> Software update and tapping Download and install.
