MIUI 13.0.4.0stable Serious Bug Issue

After this latest update My Redmi Note 10 Pro Max is acting weird. Camera Is Crashing Down while taking few shots and the Front camera is not at all working, same issues in every Apps. It's very hard to Manage this situation. Please provide a quick Solution for this.

    miui 13.0.4 me bahoot problem hai.
    Phla dikkat ye hai ki gallery mein jo private album hai usmein aap photos add nahin kar sakte hain kyunki photos ya videos add karne ka option nahin hai aur dusra problem yah hai ki WhatsApp open karne ke bad automatic exit ho ja raha hai teesra problem yah hai ki aap WhatsApp per kisi ke sath call per baat kar rahe hain agar aap recent se sabhi app clear kar rahe hain to WhatsApp call bhi disconnect ho ja raha hai aur bhi bahut sari problems hai is version mein.

    My 12T Pro with 8+ Gen 1 soc is 3.2Ghz ,however miui 13.0.4 locked at 3.0Ghz ,what should i do ?

    I successfully updated my Redmi Note 8 Pro to MIUI 12.0.5 after receiving the update, but the fast charging feature that was previously present on my smartphone is no longer available.
