The Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic remain the best options for those looking for a Wear OS smartwatch. Samsung has packed a bunch of high-end specs, has early Wear OS 3 exclusivity, will support either watch for years to come, and has offered both at an incredibly affordable price point. However, the smaller models of the two watches are by no means battery monsters.
With the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 due to launch this summer, battery life might be less of an issue for the smaller model. An alleged regulatory filing was found listing a battery for one of the Galaxy Watch 5 models.
A listing now shows a battery with the number EB-BR900ABY, which has a capacity of 276 mAh. The rumor relates to a watch with model number SM-R900, a watch that could be the smallest version of the Galaxy Watch 5. Last year's Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 had a battery capacity of 247 mAh.
The only other rumors so far for the upcoming Galaxy Watch 5 are that it might include a temperature sensor and it will likely launch this summer.
