The Samsung Galaxy A71 is once again getting a new security patch. The January 2022 patch is now available for download for the users of the model. The 4G mid-range model is still a few months behind.

The latest security patch for the Galaxy A71 from Samsung is 1,233.60 MB and has the designation A715FXXU8BVA2. The changelog only reveals that the security of the device has been improved. Exactly what Samsung means by that hasn't been said.

Before the update you should back up your personal data to be on the safe side, you never know, problems can arise when updating. In any case, you should use WiFi for the download, after all, the update this time is significantly larger than 1 GB.
