OnePlus "PGKM10" with 160 watt fast charging gets 3C certification
Oppo recently unveiled its 150-watt fast charging technology, which will debut in a OnePlus device due to launch in Q2 2022. Now, a OnePlus device with a fast charging capacity of 160 watts has appeared on the Chinese 3C certification website.
The listing shows that the device has the model number PGKM10 and is a 5G mobile phone device. The information is a bit confusing as the model number PGKM10 has so far been associated with the upcoming OnePlus tablet, dubbed the OnePlus Pad. However, it's hard to imagine OnePlus launching a tablet with such a high fast charging capacity.
There are a few candidates that could come with that 160W SuperVOOC fast charge. The device could be a variant of the OnePlus 10 series. A recent leak has revealed that OnePlus is working on a device that will have a Dimensity 8100 SoC, a 6.7″ OLED display and a 50 MP main camera with the Sony IMX766 sensor. The other candidate could be the rumored OnePlus 10 Ultra .
At the moment the information available is too sparse, one must wait for more details on which device exactly it is.
