OnePlus Nord 3 should appear with 150 watt fast charging
Just yesterday, Oppo announced its new 150W SuperVOOC fast charging standard at Mobile World Conference (MWC) 2022. It cuts the time it takes a phone to fully charge by almost half. A 4,500 mAh battery, for example, can be charged from zero to one hundred in just 15-17 minutes.
Recently , OnePlus, no stranger to cutting-edge charging technology, announced that an upcoming OnePlus device will be the first to support the SuperVOOC standard and will be launched in Q2 2022. This device is most likely the mid-range phone OnePlus Nord 3, which is expected to be launched in the same period.
Another clue that suggests the Nord 3 will have 150W fast charging is that it could be based on the Realme GT Neo 3 , which has been revealed to feature it.
It certainly wouldn't be a surprise as we know that all phone manufacturers under BBK Electronics like Oppo, OnePlus and Realme tend to share the design of their products. This is also one of the reasons why OnePlus could get the new SuperVOOC charging process so soon.
