iPhone 13 escaped: The new colors really look so great
Apple has come up with something really cool for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro – new colors. You can order them soon, but they are not yet available. Now, however, they have escaped before the start of sales and allow a first glimpse of the new color scheme.
They were only seen briefly at the Apple event, previously they were already haunting the rumor mill – the new iPhone 13 (mini) in green and the iPhone 13 Pro (Max) in alpine green . The new colors are intended to boost sales and appeal to lovers of unusual colors. But how does the coloring work under realistic conditions and not in the advertising video or on artificial images?
iPhone 13 in green: This is how the colors look in real life
Actually, there would only have been an answer when sales started on March 18, but the two new color variants have already got lost on Twitter in a short video:
There we see them for the first time as they really affect the viewer. Both variants make a good impression. The matte variant of the iPhone 13 Pro in alpine green brings back memories of the iPhone 11 Pro . At that time it was available in the so-called night green and was very popular with customers. The Bundeswehr look of the standard model is a bit more hearty. Probably also due to the glossy surface, the green of the iPhone 13 is very rich and strong here - you have to like it.
And this is how the new colors look in the promotional video for comparison:
Opinion on the new color theory
A personal assessment: The subtle alpine green is my favorite, leaves a more neutral impression. Also goes well with a suit and tuxedo. The normal green, on the other hand, has an almost military effect, so the camouflage is practically mandatory with the outfit - not for pacifists. You can order the new colors of the iPhone 13 from Friday, March 11th. Apple will then deliver them from March 18 (see Apple). There are no technical changes, and the prices are also unchanged and have not even been increased as with the iPhone SE.
