Earlier this month it was reported that Huawei was working on the foldable Huawei Mate X3. Today on Weibo, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station confirmed some of the device's key specs. It seems that the launch date of the Huawei Mate X3 is not far off, since it already seems to have been certified by the Chinese TENAA.
According to Digital Chat Station, the Huawei Mate X3 will feature an inward-folding design and will come with a high refresh rate display. He added that the device will feature the Kirin 9000 4G chipset , a 4,500mAh battery and the latest HarmonyOS 2.0.1.
The tipster hasn't shared any information about the release date of the Huawei Mate X3. A Huawei device with model number PAL-AL00 was spotted in the CMIIT agency's database earlier this month. The same device has now received approval from the Chinese authority TENAA.
It is speculated that the Huawei PAL-AL00, which is a 4G LTE device, will be launched as the foldable Huawei Mate X3. Unfortunately, the PAL-AL00's TENAA listing does not contain any information about its specifications. The device's appearance at TENAA alone is a good indication that its launch may not be far off.
