Google releases Android 13 Developer Preview 2 for Pixel phones

Android 13 has been tested for a month and the new Developer Preview 2 has now been released. Things are progressing as planned in the preview phase before we get the first scheduled beta next month.

From now on you can download, install and try out the Android 13 Developer Preview 2. Supported devices right now include the Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6, Pixel 5a, Pixel 5, Pixel 4a, Pixel 4 XL, and Pixel 4. The Pixel 3a, for those who missed it, has been dropped from the Android 13 previews .

  • Build: TPP2.220218.010
  • Emulator support: x86 (64-bit), ARM (v8-A)
  • Security patch level: March 2022
  • Google Play Services: 6/22/15

So if you already flashed the Android 13 DP1 build, you should get an update to DP2 over-the-air shortly. The Android 13 DP2 Factory Images can be found here . The OTA files for DP2 can be found here .

The Android 13 beta program, which will no longer require manual flashing, is scheduled to start next month.
