Xiamo Wear Lite does not send notifications to Redmi Wacth 2 Lite

I am using an iPhone XS (iOS 15.3) and the latest version of Xiaomi Wear Lite. The notifications do not reach the Redmi Wacth 2 Lite and I have done alll the suggested settings both on my phone and the app. I tried to enable notifications for the app to my phone, but the Xiaomi Wear Lite application does not show in the Notification centre and when I go to Settings-> Xiaomi Wear Lite there is no option for Notifications.
