According to new rumours, Samsung is planning to give the Galaxy Z Fold 4 an exciting upgrade compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 3. However, the upcoming foldable smartphone will retain the display formats of its predecessor.
According to a recent report from The Elec, Samsung could add more Galaxy Note features to its Galaxy Z Fold series. Allegedly, the South Korean company has decided to equip the next Galaxy Z Fold 4 with a slot for an S Pen.
Reportedly, Samsung won't make this year's Galaxy Z Fold 4 wider to accommodate the S Pen Fold Edition stylus. Rather, a thinner S Pen is planned, which fits into a 6.4 mm thick case when opened.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is said to retain the form factor of its predecessor, with a 6.2″ front display and a 7.56″ display inside. Apparently, Samsung considered equipping the Galaxy Z Fold 4 with a larger internal display, but then decided against it due to the poor ergonomics. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is expected to be launched in the second half of 2022.
