Realme GT Neo 3 confirmed with 150 watt fast charge, 50 percent battery charge in 5 minutes
Realme just introduced the GT 2 series for the global market. The company announced the GT 2 and GT 2 Pro as its Android flagship. At the end of the event, the company also gave a preview of its 150W UltraDart charging technology. Realme also confirmed that the GT Neo 3 will be the company's first smartphone to support 150W fast charging.
At the launch event, Realme touted the loading speed of the GT Neo 3. The company claimed that the device can be charged from zero to 50 percent in just 5 minutes. However, the battery capacity was not revealed.
Realme has confirmed the launch of the GT Neo 3 5G without revealing the date. However, it has been confirmed to have 150 watt fast charging capability. The teaser also confirmed that the phone will have a punch hole. While that's no surprise, the teaser post revealed that the notch will be in the top center of the display, rather than the top left corner like many Realme phones.
The device will have a triple camera on the back. It will have a rectangular camera block housing the three sensors and the LED flash. The phone is rumored to feature a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, the phone will have a 16 MP front camera.
Other leaked data reveals that the phone will have a 6.7″ FullHD+ AMOLED display. It will support 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone is rumored to have a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. Expect the phone to come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
A recent TENAA listing reveals that the phone will come in two variants. One of the variants will have a 4,500 mAh battery, while the other will have a 5,000 mAh battery. We can assume that the 4,500mAh battery variant will support 150W fast charging, while the other variant will offer 80W fast charging.
