OnePlus Nord CE 2 release confirmed for February 17th, full specs leaked
Today, OnePlus officially confirmed that the OnePlus Nord CE 2 will launch on February 17th. Subsequently, three different tipsters published information about the technical data and the price of the smartphone.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 is said to be offered in two storage configurations. The device will have 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB storage respectively. The phone is said to offer a 6.43″ FullHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Inside, the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, is supposed to work.
On the back there will be a triple camera system consisting of a 64 MP primary sensor, an 8 MP ultra wide angle camera (119° FOV) and a 2 MP macro sensor. On the front there will be a 16 MP sensor for selfies.
The device will run OxygenOS 11.3 based on Android 11. It is said to receive 2 Android updates and 3 years of security updates. The smartphone will be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 65 watt SuperVOOC fast charging. Interestingly, it will not only feature a 3.5mm headphone jack, but also a dedicated MicroSD card slot (up to 1TB). Last but not least, it will be 7.8mm thick, weigh 173g and come in two colors (Gray Mirror, Bahamas Blue).
