Nothing ventured into the consumer tech segment last year with the Nothing Ear (1). The company managed to sell more than 400,000 units of its headphones in 8 months.
The company had already confirmed last fall that it was working on five new products. It is known that the brand is working on a smartphone that is rumored to be launched in early 2022. Now, in one of his tweets, Carl Pei has hinted at a smartphone with the Android operating system.
Snapdragon's official Twitter account has also joined the conversation, suggesting that the upcoming Nothing smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
So far, no details about the Nothing smartphone are known. All we know is that Nothing's upcoming smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and run on Android. But there should be more information in the coming weeks.
