Better photos on your Xiaomi thanks to AI: these are all the news that MIUI has just included in its camera app

Xiaomi has just presented through its latest MIUI beta some new features in its camera app that will improve certain aesthetic aspects and key image processing to have a better experience with the software without having to resort to any third party.

As we have been able to read through MIUIes , this update corresponds to the daily Chinese beta of MIUI 13 22.2.17, so all these news will have to wait until we can receive the official stable version that we hope will not take too long to arrive.

Slight retouches at the aesthetic level and new image processing

Starting with the aesthetic novelties included in this new version, we have three main minor redesigns that improve the general design of the application in a certain way.

The first one corresponds to a change in the zoom buttons, which become filled instead of transparent, as well as the manual zoom selection interface, which is now placed just above these buttons, with which we will have a more comfortable and functional access.

Another of the minor changes is found in the function called "Countdown", which will from now on be shown as "Timer (2s)" , what has been said, a modification that will not change much our way of interacting with the application itself .

Finally, the great novelty included in this version has to do with the AI processing engine for the images captured with this software, which promises to have been improved to provide better results in any situation, whether in broad daylight or in low light environments.

Of course, as we have mentioned at the beginning of this post, we are going to have to wait to be able to test all the new features as they are included in a daily Chinese beta but, without a doubt, it is good news that Xiaomi continues to work on improving its algorithm and interface for better photographic results from here on out.
