Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro launches with 8GB of RAM + 256GB of storage along with new protective case
Xiaomi recently unveiled a number of new devices at its unveiling earlier today. The event started with the introduction of Xiaomi 12 Series smartphones and MIUI 13 , and along with them, a type of Xiaomi 5 Pro pad with new memory was also introduced.
This device is the same Wi-Fi version of the Mi Pad 5 Pro that was released in August this year and had 6 GB of RAM and 128.256 GB of internal memory. The new version introduced today comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space.
As a reminder, the Mi Pad 5 Pro has an 11-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a refresh rate of over 120 Hz, PPI up to 275 and a contrast ratio of 1500: 1. The Mi 5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor and uses a 8600 mAh battery with support for 67 watt ultra-fast wired charging.
It was revealed at the launch event that the Xiaomi Pro 5 Pro will be available for pre-order in China from 10:00 pm with a starting price of 2999 yuan ($ 471) and will go on sale on December 31 at 20:00. At the end of the initial period, the device will cost 3099 yuan ($ 487).
Along with the Xiaomi Pro 5 Pad, the company has introduced a new white color for the Mi Pad 5 protective case, which is also used as a keyboard. The case was also available for pre-order from 10:00 pm the same day and costs 399 yuan ($ 63).
