
So far, Samsung has only distributed the latest Android version for the Galaxy S21 series. The Galaxy S10 and Note 10 should also be added soon. The beta phase for Android 12 and Samsung's One UI 4.0 has now started.
Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10: Android 12 beta is ready
Android 12 hit the market at the beginning of October 2021. Many manufacturers are currently busy testing the new version. Samsung has so far only distributed the final version of Android 12 for phones in the Galaxy S21 series. As it now turns out, at least the beta phase for the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 smartphones has started. Interested owners can now test Android 12.
The optional participation in the beta test runs via the Samsung Members App . After registration, the not yet final version of Android 12 can be downloaded together with Samsung's One UI 4.0. As always, it is advisable to make a backup beforehand. Software errors are to be expected.
The beta update is available for the Galaxy S10, S10 5G, S10e and S10 Plus phones, but not for the S10 Lite (source: Samsung via GSMArena). Android 12 can also be tested on the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus. A beta update is also available for the latest Z-series phones. Samsung would like to have the final updates to Android 12 distributed by August 2022 at the latest. Last is the turn of the cheapest A-series cell phones.

Galaxy S10 and Note 10: Android 12 from January
According to Samsung's official roadmap, the release of the final version of Android 12 for the phones mentioned is expected in January 2021 . Samsung has not announced an exact date. The Galaxy Tab S7 (Plus) tablet will also be supplied with Android 12 in January.
