Xiaomi 12: New smartphone version causes confusion

Xiaomi will soon introduce many new Android smartphones with the Xiaomi 12 generation. A model that has now appeared causes confusion, because it basically destroys the dream of a mini top smartphone.

Xiaomi 12X instead of Xiaomi 12 Mini

For a few days the rumor has been circulating that Xiaomi would like to launch a mini smartphone this year. According to a new source, there will also be a 12X in addition to the Xiaomi 12, 12 Lite, 12 Pro, 12 Ultra and 12 Ultra Enhanced. The Chinese company therefore covers the entire range of additives. The technical data of the Xiaomi 12X (formerly 12 Mini) have meanwhile been confirmed again. It will have a 6.22-inch display with 120 Hz, the Snapdragon 870 processor and a new 50 MP main camera .

The Xiaomi 12X is technically positioned between the Xiaomi 12 Lite and the normal Xiaomi 12 and could offer an interesting price-performance ratio. In the 400 to 500 euro range , Xiaomi doesn't have that much to offer. In this way, the Chinese company could win new users again.
