OxygenOs 11 is currently causing problems on the OnePlus 6 and 6T. OnePlus 6 and 6T users cannot download media from WhatsApp or access existing photos and videos.

After switching to OxygenOS 11 on the OnePlus 6T, some users are unable to download media from WhatsApp - including older photos and videos already stored on the phone. And there is another problem.
