Even before the official presentation, OnePlus confirmed important details about the OnePlus 9RT. Accordingly, the smartphone will be better equipped than originally thought. It is doubtful whether the cell phone will ever come onto the market in Germany.

OnePlus 9RT appears with a better processor

On October 13, 2021, the Chinese manufacturer OnePlus would like to present a new smartphone that will complete the 9 series. Originally, the OnePlus 9RT was based on a Snapdragon 870 processor. Now the manufacturer itself confirms that a stronger Snapdragon 888 will be used instead (source: OnePlus at Weibo). In addition, the smartphone has some interesting specifications despite the probably quite low price.

Also included is an AMOLED display from Samsung that uses a refresh rate of 120 Hertz. The battery is said to have a capacity of 4,500 mAh and can be charged rapidly with up to 65 watts . Not all details of the working and permanent storage have been determined yet. In the best equipped version, the OnePlus 9RT should have 12 GB of RAM. The fast UFS 3.1 standard is used for permanent storage.

The biggest question mark with the OnePlus 9RT concerns the cameras. The main camera is likely to be the Sony IMX766 sensor, which enables images with 50 MP. We won't find out what OnePlus has come up with about the other lenses until the official presentation.

OnePlus 9 RT: Sales only planned in India

According to the current state of knowledge, OnePlus should only offer the upcoming mobile phone on the Indian market . This was also the case with the OnePlus 9R. After the presentation on October 13th, the mobile phone will be available in India from October 19th.
