The Redmi K50 series is here. A new leak has now revealed important details about the three upcoming phones in the series, the Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Pro and Redmi K50 Pro +. The Xiaomi daughter seems to have a lot up its sleeve again.

The Redmi K50 series is expected to hit the market before the end of the year. A new series of leaks already gives an idea of what to expect from the series. As of today, there should be three devices: the Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Pro and Redmi K50 Pro +. However, this has not yet been officially confirmed.

According to reports from China, all three devices will be equipped with Samsung's E5 displays. We can assume that the Redmi K50 series will also offer a 120 Hz refresh rate.

There will be different setups for the cameras. The Redmi K50 is expected to have a 48 MP main camera installed, the Redmi K50 Pro should have a 50 MP camera and the top model Redmi K50 Pro + should have a 108 MP main camera installed. However, it has not yet been clarified which sensors will be involved.

The Redmi K50 Pro is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, while the Redmi K50 Pro + will be equipped with the Snapdragon 898. It is therefore assumed that the Redmi K50 and Redmi K50 Pro will appear this year, while the Redmi K50 Pro + will probably not follow until the first quarter of 2022. In addition, the Redmi K50 Pro + should offer a 120 watt fast charging function, while the Redmi K50 Pro and the Redmi K50 can be charged with 67 watts and 33 watts, respectively.
