The Honor 50 series has been making the rounds on the internet for months, and for one reason: Honor has now officially confirmed that the Honor models will be the first to ship with Google's apps and services in a while.
The Shenzhen-based company has now announced on Twitter that it has successfully confirmed its collaboration with a number of suppliers. The tweet also emphasized that the Honor 50 series will be equipped with Google Mobile Services (GMS), which "will offer our customers a more complete application environment and an exceptional mobile experience".
Since the Honor 50 is now again equipped with the Google Play Store and all other important Google services, the comeback should be successful.
The Honor 50 is powered by the Snapdragon 778G and the phone has a 108 MP camera and a 4,300 mAh battery, supports a 66W fast charge function and runs with mijia UI 4.2 based on Android 11. The premium mid-range phone is supposed to come in two Configurations are available - 6 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB.
