{Disarmed} Exynos 2200 with AMD GPU brings ray tracing to smartphone games

Samsung has confirmed the presence of ray tracing technology in a future Exynos graphics processor. Ray tracing is supposed to generate images in games that create a higher immersion factor due to refinement of lighting and shadows. This is then likely to be the Exynos 2200, which is supposed to be equipped with an AMD Radeon GPU.

Samsung Exynos' official Weibo account has now confirmed that ray tracing will be included in the next Exynos GPU. The graphics solution will be based on the RDNA 2 architecture, which is also the basis of the GPUs of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S. There could be a golden age ahead for mobile gaming.
