This afternoon Black Shark presented its two new gaming smartphones. The Black Shark 4S and Black Shark 4S Pro. Visually, the two models are reminiscent of their direct predecessors, not too much has changed here.

The case thickness is 9.9 mm, the weight 210 g, the 3.5 mm headphone connection is retained. The Black Shark 4S is available in the three colors black, white and as a Gundam Edition, the Black Shark 4S Pro in two colors: black and white.

The Black Shark 4S uses a 6.67 ″ Samsung E4 AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2,400 × 1,080, supports a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720 Hz, a multi-finger touch delay of only 8.3 ms, a peak brightness of 1300nit, JNCD ≈ 0.36, Delta E ≈ 0.35 and has passed the SGS eye protection certification.

The core configuration of the gaming smartphone is the main difference between the two, with the Black Shark 4S being equipped with a Snapdragon 870 processor that comes with LPDDR5 memory + UFS 3.1 flash memory; the Black Shark 4S Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 888+ and UFS 3.1 + SSD disk array technology, thanks to which the storage read and write capacity is greatly improved.

Thanks to the SSD storage disk array system with built-in NVME-spec PC-grade SSD, the Black Shark 4S Pro is 55 percent faster in reading performance and 69 percent faster in writing performance compared to other cell phones.

At the same time, both batteries have a capacity of 4,500 mAh, support wired fast charging with 120 watts and can be charged to 100 percent in less than 15 minutes.

In terms of game functions, all Black Shark 4S series have magnetic powerlifting shoulder buttons, support single-key triggering of double buttons, and more expandable gameplay, as well as all systems, support dual-zone screen pressure sensitivity 5.0, support 7-level -Force adjustment and pressure-sensitive button intelligence mapping and other functions, in addition to voice control, somatosensory control two shortcuts.

When it comes to the rear camera, there is a difference between the two models. The Black Shark 4S has a 48 MP main camera (IMX582) + 8 MP ultra wide angle + 5 MP macro triple camera, the Black Shark 4S Pro has a 64 MP main camera, the other two sensors are identical.

In addition, the series has functions such as memory expansion technology, Shark Shark Sauce, Smart Magic 2.0, symmetrical dual speakers, Z-axis linear motor and NFC.
