The rumors about the Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro have been confirmed. The Chinese company is upgrading the new smartphones properly. This time there are AMOLED displays with 120 Hz instead of LCD panels with 144 Hz. With a brightness of up to 1,000 nits, the smartphones are easy to read even outdoors. The fingerprint sensor is not located under the display, but on the side in the power button. On the back there is a 108 MP triple camera that supports "Cinemagic" functions . This should make filmmaking with cell phones child's play. A telephoto lens is missing on both models.

The Xiaomi 11T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200, while the Xiaomi 11T Pro relies on the Snapdragon 888. Both have 8 GB of RAM and a choice of 128 or 256 GB of internal storage space. The latter cannot be expanded. A highlight is the 5,000 mAh battery. In the Pro model, the cell phone charges with 120 watts, while the normal 11T still has 67 watts. This means that the cell phones are fully charged in just a few minutes . The power supply is of course included.

The Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro impress with their beautiful design. There are different colors to choose from , some of which also have a color gradient. The front display is only interrupted by a hole for the 16 MP camera. Both models support 5G, have a dual SIM function, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC and USB-C. You have to do without a 3.5 mm jack connection.

The operating system is Android 11 with MIUI 12.5. Xiaomi announced even before the 11T and 11T Pro were presented that both smartphones would be supplied with Android updates for four years. There are three major system updates and a four-year security update . Android 12, 13 and 14 should definitely be set.
