Xiaomi is currently focused on upgrading its devices to the Enhanced Edition of MIUI 12.5. However, the company is preparing a new user interface with MIUI 13. And it still seems to be some time before the MIUI 13 will be presented.

Xiaomi started developing MIUI 13 immediately after the release of MIUI 12, but the latter had some frustrating bugs on board. To fix these issues, Xiaomi put MIUI 12.5 in between, and hopefully all the bugs will be fixed with the Enhanced Edition.

MIUI is expected to introduce 13 in November. We can expect it to start in December. Xiaomi MIUI's official Weibo account posted a teaser suggesting a release in November.

More information about the MIUI 13 release should be available in the coming days. Nevertheless, it is a rumor, Xiaomi has not yet said anything official about the launch of MIUI 13.
