Xiaomi has a big presentation scheduled for Wednesday where the company will announce a handful of new products, including the Xiaomi 11T series. Surprisingly, Xiaomi has also announced a spontaneous launch event for tomorrow in China, where it wants to present a concept product.

The poster for the event shows a close-up of the human eye and has a label that freely translates as "See The Future". The teaser doesn't really reveal what it's about. A well-known leaker has already let the cat out of the bag, which Xiaomi will announce tomorrow.

According to the Digital Chat Station, the product has nothing to do with smartphones, but is actually smart glasses! The translation also mentions luxury eyewear maker Dior, which means it could be a collaboration between the two companies.

Xiaomi's smart glasses come barely a week after Facebook and Ray-Ban announced smart glasses called Ray-Ban Stories. However, the features of Xiaomi's own smart glasses are not yet known.

The Ray-Ban Stories is not the only product that Xiaomi has in its sights with its smart glasses. Xiaomi also competes against Huawei, which has already launched some smart glasses in cooperation with the South Korean sunglasses brand Gentle Monster.
