{Disarmed} WhatsApp Beta 2.21.19.7: New beta available for Android

A WhatsApp beta is now available, version 2.21.19.7 for Android shows that people are still busy tinkering with the self-deleting messages. These are not yet finally available, but shouldn't take much longer.

After announcing the self-clearing messages in new chats, there is now something more to see. This should be able to be set in the new section in the WhatsApp privacy settings. This is what it should look like in the end:

As you can see, there are 4 choices: 24 hours, 7 days, 90 days and off. So if you select 24 hours, all new chats will be deleted after those 24 hours. Old chats should not be affected.

This function is still under development. It remains to be seen whether the feature will look like this in the end.
