{Disarmed} Samsung Galaxy S22: Manufacturer shrinks the display to compact size
Does Samsung finally understand? Smartphones are getting bigger and bigger, but some manufacturers like Google, Sony or Asus have recognized that there are definitely people who like more compact models. And it now seems as if Samsung will finally say goodbye to megalomania.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is just around the corner and is expected to bring some notable upgrades. But a report had confirmed that the battery of the Samsung Galaxy S22 will be noticeably small. Samsung is only supposed to install a 3,700 mAh battery in the flagship, which is quite surprising. But now it turns out that there are reasons for this.
On Twitter, the well-known Leaker Ice Universe has now claimed that the standard model of the Galaxy S22 series will appear with a significantly smaller display next year. Accordingly, the model should be equipped with a 6.06 ″ display and thus get the smallest display since the Galaxy S9. The phone should be similar in size to the iPhone 12/13.
Since the Samsung Galaxy S22 seems to be becoming much more compact, there is of course not that much space inside the device either. Which would then explain the significantly smaller 3,700 mAh. And so the model seems to be a really exciting alternative.
In the meantime, the first confirmed specifications for the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 + have also become known. There isn't much to read yet, but I don't want to withhold this from you:
