The Samsung Galaxy S22 is to appear with a 6.06 ″ display, making it very compact. And as it is now reported, it will make up almost half of the devices produced in the upcoming Galaxy S22 series. Samsung apparently sees a lot of potential in the device and has set itself a delivery target of up to 60 percent of the entire range for this device.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 + is expected to make up 20 percent of deliveries and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to be between 20 and 30 percent. The Ultra model is touted as the successor to the Note 20 Ultra and will be able to house the S Pen stylus. Therefore, the low expectations of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra are a bit strange when you consider that the model is supposed to put off fans of the former Note series.
These numbers are a novelty as Samsung has never set more than half of the production and delivery target for a single model in the range. For the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, for example, the standard version accounted for 40 percent of production, while the Plus and Ultra models accounted for 45 percent and 15 percent, respectively.
Additionally, Samsung is targeting only around 20 million units for the entire Galaxy S22 series, which is a very low number for Samsung. But the days when the Galaxy S series sold 50 million or more devices are long gone.
