Just a few days ago we saw how Xiaomi began to eliminate the new MIUI 12 control center in some of its smartphones with fewer resources. Now, it has done the same with part of the system animations , all in order to improve fluidity.
Specifically, as described by XIAOMIUI , Xiaomi has begun to reduce the animations of its Security application in all those devices that have a low-performance processor like the one we can find in the Redmi Note 8 or Redmi 9T .
As we can see in the following images, the animations introduced in this application , as well as in the control center have disappeared with the last update , becoming more linear and less striking than before.
The main objective of this movement is to try to improve the fluidity of the system. In this way , the stability of MIUI is prioritized over the visual effects that in the end do not provide anything useful to the device itself.

Although, for now, this new policy to reduce visual aspects has only affected the control center and the Security application, it would not be surprising if Xiaomi continues to reduce animations , generally MIUI in those entry-level mobiles or even mid-range.
The entry Xiaomi continues to reduce MIUI functionalities in some of its smartphones was first published in xiaomist: Xiaomi news and news website .
