The RedmiBook Pro will be introduced on February 25th

RedmiBook is a line of notebook computers running Windows Xiaomi RedmiBook, which is set to launch a new model called RedmiBook Pro on February 25th. This is the date that Redmi plans to unveil its Redmi K40 series.

The official Mi NoteBook Weibo account yesterday confirmed the launch of this new notebook. Not long ago, this account shared images that showcased some of the features of this notebook.

So far, we know that the RedmiBook Pro will be powered by an Intel Tiger Lake H35 series processor. This series of 11th generation quad-core processors features 10-nanometer chipsets with 35W TDP and Intel Xe graphics. Redmi is also rumored to be introducing RedmiBooks with AMD Ryzen processors. An AMD version of the RedmiBook Pro 15S is expected to be released later.

The RedmiBook Pro notebook comes with an all-metal design with a new cover. The teaser poster shows that there is a USB-C port for charging on the right side of the laptop along with an HDMI port. The notebook will also have a full-size backlit keyboard.

This notebook will also have a webcam. You might expect this feature to be standard, but Xiaomi has already sold some of its laptops without a webcam.

The RedmiBook Pro will be launched in China and there is no word yet on a global version.
