Huawei confirms upcoming global EMUI 11 rollout

Huawei has officially confirmed that the release of EMUI 11 is imminent, which means the rollout of the latest user interface will begin around the world in December.

According to the official EMUI 11 roadmap, Huawei will be the first to distribute the update for the Huawei P40, P40 Pro and Mate 30 Pro models. A first start was made a few days ago.

After that, the next model will probably be the Huawei Mate Xs, followed by other smartphones in the next few weeks.

It is likely that EMUI 11 will be the last major Android update to land on Huawei smartphones. If everything goes according to plan, the next EMUI version should already be based on HarmonyOS.
