EMUI 11 distribution for Huawei P40, P40 Pro and Mate 30 Pro has started internationally

Huawei has started distributing EMUI 11 outside of China. The Huawei P40, P40 Pro and Mate 30 Pro make the start.

The distribution of EMUI 11 on the first Huawei devices is now also beginning internationally. In Turkey, the first users seem to have received the update. According to Huawei Ailesi, the Huawei P40, P40 Pro and Mate 30 Pro will receive the update there.

At the beginning, however, only very few users will benefit from the new user interface; in the rollout, only 1 percent of the devices should get EMUI 11. If there are no errors, then the distribution is gradually increased.

EMUI 11 has build number 11.0.0.151 and is just under 1.1 GB in size. EMUI 11 will be the last version of Android for Huawei smartphones. It is expected that HarmonyOS will succeed. EMUI 11 lays the foundation for some of the brand's most popular smartphones to be upgraded to Huawei's new Google-free operating system.
