Sony Xperia 5 II in teardown [Video]
The Sony Xperia 5 II packaged a lot of phones into a relatively small case. The video below shows the phone being taken apart bit by bit so we can admire the engineering effort that went into the design.
Sony draped graphite sheeting over several components to draw heat away from them. Even the triple 12 MP camera has a film to keep the sensors cool. There is a copper tape behind the screen to draw heat away from the center picture frame.
Glue is used in some places to seal the phone and make it waterproof. Adhesive is used for the microphones, but the USB-C port is instead secured with a rubber seal and is easy to remove. In fact, it looks like the whole thing is pretty easy to take apart and reassemble.
