Asus ZenFone 7 Pro gets Android 11 beta
In late September, ASUS started looking for beta testers for the Android 11 beta for its 2020 flagship ZenFone 7 Pro. Now, almost a month later, the company has started distributing the very first beta version to select users.
The Asus ZenFone 7 Pro is now the second device from the brand to receive the Android 11 beta after the ZenFone 6.
According to xda-developers, the first Android 11 beta build for the Asus ZenFone 7 Pro has the build number 04/30/31/30 and is around 1.1 GB in size.
As can be seen from the changelog, in addition to the Android 11-specific functions, the update also includes revised applications for mobile manager, contacts, telephone, file manager, calculator, clock, gallery, weather, sound recorder, settings, data transfer and local data backup. In addition, the update also removes the screenshot option from the power menu.
So far it is not sure when the final rollout of the Android 11 update for the Asus ZenFone 7 Pro will be expected.
