Sony Xperia 1, Xperia 5 and Xperia 10 II will get security patches in September 2020

Sony is releasing the September 2020 Android security patch for a range of devices including the Xperia 1, Xperia 5 and Xperia 10 II.

For the Sony Xperia 1 and Xperia 5 the name of the update is 55.1.A.9.101, for the Sony Xperia 10 II the build is 59.0.A.8.21.

The latest security patches do not seem to bring any further changes besides the new security policy from September 2020. Unfortunately, due to the lack of a changelog, which Sony does not include as usual, it is not possible to provide any details about the content of the update.
