OnePlus Nord: camera gets OIS (optical image stabilization)

The OnePlus Nord camera gets OIS, an optical image stabilization. This has now also been officially confirmed.

The new mid-range smartphone OnePlus Nord is to be officially presented on July 21 . The date made the rounds, an event is planned for that day in India. This will probably also be the global release event.

According to a tweet from Ishan Agarwal, the phone will have optical image stabilization. The tweet was sent back by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei with the comment "Flagship camera incoming".

Aside from confirming the new feature, the phone's sales box has also been revealed on Instagram.

The OnePlus Nord is supplied in a black box, a first for the company, whose previous phones were delivered in white or red (orange in the case of the McLaren edition phones) packaging. The top of the box bears the OnePlus logo in the corner, while the word "Nord" is written several times in a much larger font. "OnePlus" can be seen on the side of the box.
