How to report the software problems of your Xiaomi: errors, failures and bugs
As in any other software, MIUI presents certain errors that in the long run are solved with the arrival of new updates. Providing our feedback to Xiaomi, reporting problems or bugs, is a fundamental task for its correction .
To do this, Xiaomi offers us the possibility of reporting any problem, failure or error present on their smartphones through an intuitive tool available in MIUI. While none of us like bugs, the sooner we report it, the sooner Xiaomi will fix it.
Furthermore, when we report a MIUI error we are not only trying to solve a particular problem, but we are really helping the Xiaomi community itself , the Mi Fans, so that they do not encounter these same bugs or errors and enjoy the best possible experience.
Like any other system, MIUI also has bugs, errors, and bugs.
It is therefore that below we will explain how to report errors in MIUI , reporting any errors, failures or bugs that we have located on our smartphone or on the Xiaomi operating system itself.
How to report a bug or problem on Xiaomi phones
The process for making the report is quite simple. Just head to the Device Settings and locate the Services and Comments option. Of course, do not forget that it is necessary that your My Account is active.
Once in Services and Comments, we can report any problem or send our suggestion in order for Xiaomi to improve its MIUI personalization layer. For this, we only have to take into account the following steps:
- Select if it is a Problem or a Suggestion.
- Explain your situation as clearly as possible.
- Report how often the problem occurs.
- Attach images and / or screenshots showing the error.
- Indicate the time when the problem occurred.
- Complete the form with your phone number or email.
- Activate error logging.
- Accept the terms and conditions.

I am Daniel and I reside in Nigeria. I make use of a redmi 6a phone which I purchased on Jan 2019. I have since had issues with browsing on MTN network, though other networks as Airtel works pretty fine.
ReplyDeleteThe fact its actually not from the network provider because I have made use of its sim on other phones and it worked well nor is it from my network configuration since I have done those checks severally.
Please I need this bug fixed, it's so exhausting to have an airtime bundle but you are sure of the fact that you can literally do little or nothing on the web.

ReplyDeleteI won't get notifications from certain apps like messenger, Instagram, several times from whatsApp also. Even though notifications are on in the setting.
ReplyDeleteI found that whenever we hide our Go to Apps->App lock->hidden apps-> hide whatsapp still we can access the whatsapp . It's possible because if you go in phone directory select person there will be option show your phone number calling icon, message icon, Vedio call and whatsapp if you select that whatsapp you can directly go to the whatsapp. Fix this Major bug.

ReplyDeleteIm having problems with my newly bought POCO x3 PRO, i bought it last june 8 2021 at SM, and as im using my new phone, i noticed that it has network problems, everytime i text message someone, ny texts takes too long to send.. its keeps "Sending.." and the receiver receives my message 4x, sometimes 8x and its reaaaaaally annoying especially when i text messaged my higher ups at work. I get complaints from them about receiving my text messages multiple times.
Im 100% sure that its not my carriers service provider because i have a good signal reception in my area (GLOBE) and the previous phone i used before buying poco x3 pro, doesnt have this issue in text messaging.
My poco x3 pro is up to date.
All apps are up to date.
I tried removing/inserting simcard again.
Tried turning airplane mode on for 30sec and then off.
Already tried clearing data cache in messaging.
Already did factory reset.
Also tried using 3rd party mssging apps.
But problem still the same 😩 its so frustrating.
My workmates who also owns the same phone as me (poco x3 pro) doesnt have this problem, so im thinking maybe i bought a phone that has a factory defect.
What should i do? Did i just bought my 1st poco phone a factory defectee one?😔😔

I was unable to hear sound on phone audio calls, WhatsApp crashed when sending voice notes, volume up and down button not working, unable to hear anything on FB messanger.
