This is reminded of the new rules applicable to travelers - both those choosing flights and traveling by train. In the latter case, PKP Intercity unfortunately gave its customers an unpleasant surprise.

This is problematic because it prevents customers from taking advantage of the discount, which should allow for a lower price for the ticket bought in advance. In addition, this applies to all routes and routes, not to more than hundreds of trains suspended in March due to coronavirus.

Inability to book courses is associated with the introduction of a new PKP timetable , which is to apply from June 14.
Further courses are gradually added to the list, but still not all of them. Passengers who are now forced to buy a seat will lose the chance for rebates they should be entitled to, and thus will pay more for the ticket.
PKP confirms that in fact it can happen that only some of the promotional thresholds will be available in the Earlier Cheaper offer. At the same time, PKP representatives ensure that other discounts, including student discounts, still apply.
It is also not known which calls will return and which will not.
