The Xbox Game Pass library will expand to include some great items. Among them were the Witcher stories, older installments of the Kingdom Hearts series and No Man's Sky.
Microsoft has revealed which games subscribers to Xbox Game Pass can expect at no additional charge. The list includes many great productions, including one very underrated from Poland.
Blood War : The Witcher tales on the Xbox Game Pass for consoles - June 18
Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, because this is the title of the latest production of the creators of the series The Witcher in the West, was initially a bonus campaign in the online card game CD Projekt RED called Thread. In the course of work, the Blood War evolved and became an independent role-playing game in which battles are conducted using cards representing the heroes inhabiting the world of Geralt.
The Witcher stories, unfortunately, did not turn out to be a hit, and the premiere of the game, both on PCs and on large consoles and on the Nintendo Switch platform , went unnoticed - it's a pity, because it's a really good game, which I mentioned in my review . Xbox One owners will now be able to see it for themselves in just over a week.
No Man's Sky in the Xbox Game Pass for consoles and PCs - June 11
As previously announced, one of the most ambitious video games of recent years will go to Microsoft's subscription service tomorrow. All players who ignored No Man's Sky after the poor opinions that appeared about this production immediately after the premiere, now have a chance to form an opinion on it yourself.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue on the Xbox Game Pass for consoles - June 11
Earlier, the third part of the Kingdom Hearts series from Square Enix appeared in the Xbox Game Pass library, which marries the world of animation and movies released by Disney, headed by Donald Duck with the classic Japanese role-playing game. Now it's time for the remasters of previous parts, i.e. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.
Bard's Tale Remastered and Resnarkled on the Xbox Game Pass for consoles and PCs - June 18
Another game that will be added tomorrow to the Microsoft subscription service library for players is the Remastered and Resnarkled edition of the iconic Bard's Tale. As part of this adventure, players can explore a world full of settlements, wild forests, rivers, castles, towers, secret undergrounds, snowy mountain peaks, caves, haunted tombs and more.
What else will appear in the Xbox Game Pass for June 2020?
The novelties listed above do not end there. Players who pay monthly subscriptions will be able to download titles such as Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2 and Battletech for PCs as well as Dungeon of the Endless on both June 11 for both personal computers and consoles.
However, keep in mind that the Xbox Game Pass library is constantly changing and just as great titles appear from time to time, so some of them disappear after a while. The list of games that you can no longer play without paying after June 15, 2020 is as follows:
- Book of Demons (PC);
- Everspace (consoles and PC);
- Resident Evil Revelations (consoles);
- Riptide GP: Renegade (consoles and PC);
- Riverbond (consoles and PC);
- Samorost 3 (PC);
- Screamride (consoles);
- Superhot (consoles and PC);
- Shriek Supermarket (consoles and PC);
- The Last Door: Season 2 (PC);
- The Stillness of the Wind (PC).
If you haven't had the opportunity yet, I recommend making up for yourself during the long Superhot weekend. This is an unusual shooter with elements of a puzzle game in which the whole world is represented by geometric shapes, and time passes only when the player's avatar moves.
