HMD Global is working on a cheaper 5G Nokia smartphone with a MediaTek chipset

HMD Global is currently preparing to launch its first 5G smartphone - the Nokia 8.3 5G - in several countries. However, new information received by NokiaPowerUser suggests that this isn't the only 5G smartphone in the pipeline.

In addition to the model mentioned above, HMD Global is said to be testing a cheaper 5G smartphone that runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 800. At this point, nothing is known about the upcoming smartphone.
