Beyond the confirmation of the presentation date of the new Redmi K30 Pro, Xiaomi seems to be doing "cleaning" with its terminals for sale in China. So much so that Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 itself , a terminal that today is still a very good option, has already been withdrawn from its sale to the public.

This has been advanced by ITHome , not only confirming that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is no longer available for purchase on the official Xiaomi page in China, but also adding that Xiaomi would have decided to stop selling it or at least replace units in its official stores of the Asian country.

A quite logical move if we consider that even in the case of a fairly complete smartphone, its sales and success in general do not seem to have been as expected. Still, according to the source, its Mi Mix 3 Forbidden City Edition variant will continue to sell while supplies last.

Added to this is its absence of 5G connectivity , a rather important fact in China where the deployment of this technology has taken a leap in comparison with other countries in Europe where it is only available in large cities.
