Fairphone does not have a network of subcontractors tangled so that with a few smooth statements her boss could ensure that she knew nothing about the inhumane working conditions or the use of children in the factories that make her phone. On the contrary, the company boasts that it knows its colleagues and makes sure that everyone who works on her phone does it in the right conditions. Even the mines from which raw materials are extracted for it are checked and monitored by it.

The company is fair to consumers by making smartphones with modules that can be replaced and repaired cheaply. This is not another phone that needs to be discarded just because its repair will cost more than buying a new one - it is a phone designed to work for years.

In 2019, it's like a sweet dream that manufacturers have been telling us to forget for years. Selfie lovers will be able to use the front camera with f / 2.0 brightness and 8-megapixel resolution. The rear camera has f / 1.8 brightness and a 12-megapixel resolution. Pure Android Pie is responsible for the software.

The phone costs 450 euros, which is almost 2 thousand. zł. It's a lot, but you have to remember that for this money we have a phone, which almost all elements can be repaired or replaced at a reasonable price. Added to this is the price of our conscience and how much we can pay for believing that we bought a product that is created for the planet and the people who live in it. At a time when the differences between smartphones are increasingly blurred within the same price shelf, it may be time to start looking for something extra not in the smartphone itself and its specifications, but in how it is made and what it symbolizes.
